Booking Policy
All bookings require a nonrefundable $500 deposit.

Cancellation fees vary based on the time of cancellation.

Payments received prior to 90 days of travel are refundable if cancelled - less the deposit.

Payments received prior to 60 days of travel are 50% refundable if cancelled - less the deposit.

Payments received prior to 30 days of travel are 25% refundable if cancelled - less the deposit.

Cancellations less than 30 days before travel are 10% refundable if cancelled - less the deposit.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before travel are not eligible for a refund.

Deposits are non-refundable after 24 hours, but are transferable for future travel with Sankofa US within 1 year.

SANKOFA US is committed to being as fair and accommodating as possible when cancellations are unavoidable. Nevertheless, due to the fluid and rapidly changing nature of the travel industry, some circumstances beyond our control may affect your travel plans. To this end, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance. SANKOFA US is neither a travel insurance broker nor is it an agent of any insurance corporation.
